Catering is above
all a passion and a family trait as I represent the 3rd generation
of a family of chefs.
Through my Grandfather, my father,
uncles and cousins, our family has always risen to the challenge
of providing good food. Even though my current profession ( Food
& Beverage Manager aboard a Cruise Ferry) reduces my culinary
opportunities, I would be pleased to cook for you so that you
may sample some of our family recipes, both traditional and modern
with a particular emphasis on fish and sea food.
To us, breakfast is the most
important meal of the day. Therefore we pay particular attention
to it's preparation by variety: fruit, cereals, dairy products,
preserves, breads and pastries. Any particular requests, please
let us know in advance.

La table d'hôtes,
a convivial opportunity in the evening to spend time with us and
the other guests and exchange ideas and information on the many
beautiful sites to visit in the region. There are two tariffs
applicable to the " table d'hôtes" dependant on
the cooking styles available. Children's menu (up to 12 years):
12 €. For adults the traditional menu: 18€, the menu
gastronomique: 25€
